i like the room its totally worth it big and with full furnished

everything was good this was my 2nd time there

i had an issue bed smells like someones smokes a lot i felt too much smoke even on my t shirt coz i am a non smoker

Nothing. Lazy and rude staff Room not clean. Only one towel. No bath mat no mugs despite kettle and some coffee/tea

WiFi not working sometime connecting and sometime not.

Big room

In the bed room sofa not clean and floor was sticky. When we checked in smell cigarettes. Pillow were not comfortable and in the washroom Only one towel and another stuff were not there.

the location was good and at the reception the Moroccan guy was so friendly i believe his name is WALID, nice guy and good service indeed.

I really dont like is when I’ve forgot one of my things, i called then they said nothing in there but im pretty sure that my item was in there,kinda disappointed but its ok for me, i really moved on

What was the highlight of Trianon Royal Hotel

I didn’t like anything it was so bad

They picked the worst room even which is next to the elevator engine room, we couldn’t sleep the whole night and it was horribly noisy. I had a problem with the internet connection and I tried calling the operator for almost one hour to assist me. It was the most horrible experience and I will never go through this again. I prefer to pay extra and be in a decent place with a good service.

the bathroom was dirty, no coffee and towel ,we just asked for it. We came there at 8am they said there is no room available ,but if we will pay extra 100 for early check in there is a room available !!!

The room was fragrance free.

The room was fragrance free. As per my instructions.

On the first day everything was great, after that no towels, the roomboy said it would be delivered by 2 pm. By 8 pm I call receptionist she sends someone with the towel. The Bathroom floor mat is torn. On the 6th. My bed was not made with fresh sheets and pillows, I asked the room boy, he said they don't have any. I informed the receptionist they just brought 1 towel. At same time on the 6th I asked not to be disturbed because I have a long flight to Toronto. At 3.15 am the receptionist called and woke me up twice. Then again at 7 am another receptionist calls and wakes me up. I had to go through a lot of pain and mismanagement. Therefore I would like to be compensated.

pricing is fair

no valet parking and l got no information about the parking charges in the parking lot they directed me. when l checked out i. the morning around 0930 l got a parking fine yet l thought the parking was for the hotel premises. so putting off. one atha thing, there is no total silence in the rooms, no sound proofing at all

Never coming back

Room was very ugly and creepy, the floor was swelling because of the water coming from bathroom. Smells like someone smoked inside for whole day. No bathdropes, no slippers, no towels. I could find much better

The room it’s not clean and there’s some item missing example, Tooth brush Heater for the water (we have coffee but we don’t have heater)️ Slipper Hand towel And around 5 AM it was to much sound someone fighting infront of my door it was too bad really

GREAT PLACE, DON'T RUIN TO THE POOR SERVICE

The place is huge. The bed is nice.

The hotel guest amenities are very low.. There is no toothbrush available even Toothpaste.. And I booked for two person but the shampoo, conditioner and soap are same 1 each per item.. How can I enjoy it... The switch for the Lamb shade is not working.. And please upgrade the wifi... Please clean the bathtub.

its ok but things are not enough...

its so quiet nice to sleep

no bath mat after u bath u step on floor with wet feet u might fall down. the lampshade is broken. no slippers only one towel for 2 persons. No spoon to mke tea nd no coffee also no tissue box only 5 pcs. inside the box. No english channel al arabic nd indian . not enough soap nd shampoo

The hotel and facilities need modernisation but for the cost its what you have to expect

Only one lift working out of the two at the hotel and this caused delays as the one lift was very busy a peak times Stayed on the Sunday when the lift broke down and then stayed on the Wednesday during the same week and the lift was still out of service
