i like the room its totally worth it big and with full furnished
everything was good this was my 2nd time there
i had an issue bed smells like someones smokes a lot i felt too much smoke even on my t shirt coz i am a non smoker

GREAT PLACE, DON'T RUIN TO THE POOR SERVICE
The place is huge. The bed is nice.
The hotel guest amenities are very low.. There is no toothbrush available even Toothpaste.. And I booked for two person but the shampoo, conditioner and soap are same 1 each per item.. How can I enjoy it... The switch for the Lamb shade is not working.. And please upgrade the wifi... Please clean the bathtub.

The room it’s not clean and there’s some item missing example, Tooth brush Heater for the water (we have coffee but we don’t have heater)️ Slipper Hand towel And around 5 AM it was to much sound someone fighting infront of my door it was too bad really

The room was fragrance free.
The room was fragrance free. As per my instructions.
On the first day everything was great, after that no towels, the roomboy said it would be delivered by 2 pm. By 8 pm I call receptionist she sends someone with the towel. The Bathroom floor mat is torn. On the 6th. My bed was not made with fresh sheets and pillows, I asked the room boy, he said they don't have any. I informed the receptionist they just brought 1 towel. At same time on the 6th I asked not to be disturbed because I have a long flight to Toronto. At 3.15 am the receptionist called and woke me up twice. Then again at 7 am another receptionist calls and wakes me up. I had to go through a lot of pain and mismanagement. Therefore I would like to be compensated.
